
Journalling is a powerful, and evidence-based set of tools that can be used to help improve mental health, organise your thoughts, and increase self-awareness, to name a few benefits.
This workshop is designed to be fun, creative and interactive. Children between the ages of 9 and 13 would benefit most. We learn that journalling is not limited to writing, and we use various creative techniques to capture thoughts and feelings.
