Parent Conversations
4 sessions of intentional conversations with other parents
Upcoming events
What is Parent Conversations?
Parent Conversations is an opportunity to be with a small group of parents and have intentional conversations about what it means and feels like to be a parent. There is a specific topic focus for each session, with lots of space for dialogue and interaction.
What to expect
The topics covered over the four sessions are self-care, anxiety, big feelings and regulation. Each session is an hour and a half long, with coffee and tea in a relaxed environment. Group size is limited to 8 participants.
Who is it for?
- Parents of children of any age, or if you are expecting a child right now!
- Parents of biological children, fostered children or adopted children.
- Grandparents who are looking after grandchildren.
This is for you if you are looking for a safe space to connect with other parents, if you have felt stuck or burnt out and if you would like to be inspired in your parenting journey. This is for you if you would like to participate in dialogue and be part of a small group.
Parent Conversations will enable you to take a fresh look at parenting, encourage you in your strengths, and inspire you with confidence to be the parent you want to be. The joy of a small group that is facilitated with emotional warmth and safety is that it becomes a place of great encouragement.
